About us

Care should feel understandable, respectful and personal.

We make aged care easier to navigate for people from many cultural and language backgrounds while keeping families and provider partners informed.

About us

Why we exist

Forms, assessments, funding and unfamiliar terminology can make aged care difficult before care even starts.

Our role is to make the pathway clearer, listen to what matters at home and coordinate support around culture, routine, language and personal choice.

What multicultural care means to us

We ask instead of assuming. Food, routines, faith, family roles, communication style and language preference can all shape a person's experience of care.

Our approach

Three things we want every person to feel.

01

Clarity

Plain-language explanations and clearly defined responsibilities.

02

Respect

Culture and personal routines are part of good care, not an extra.

03

Reliability

Clear communication and consistent delivery under the agreed care plan.

Language support without assumptions

This website is available in multiple languages. That does not mean every staff member speaks every listed language. Ask us about bilingual staff or interpreter options for your preferred language.

How our provider partnerships work

For government-funded aged care, All Life Care partners with registered aged care providers to coordinate and deliver agreed support. Day-to-day service delivery is coordinated by All Life Care within the registered provider's care plan, service agreement and governance requirements, with responsibilities clearly defined between organisations.

Availability depends on the participant's plan-management arrangement, requested support and our capacity.

How it works

A clearer path from first question to ongoing support.

Every situation is different, but the pathway usually follows four stages.

1

Tell us what is happening

Contact us yourself, as a family member, or as a referrer. We start by listening.

2

We clarify the pathway

We discuss the relevant aged care pathway and what the next conversation needs to achieve.

3

Care arrangements are coordinated with the registered provider

For funded aged care, we coordinate the practical service arrangement with the registered provider so the care plan, responsibilities and delivery expectations are clear before support begins.

4

Support begins and is reviewed

Services follow the agreed plan, with communication between the client, family where appropriate, All Life Care and the registered provider.
